Some of Breanna's favorite documentaries regarding health & wellness, nutrition, and the impact our food choices have not only on ourselves, but the environment.

These films may frustrate you, anger you, or leave you confused. That's 100% ok. Food & our personal choices regarding what we eat can be an incredibly divisive topic.

I think it's important to keep in mind that just because we've always done someone one way, doesn't mean we have to keep doing it that way, or that it was even the right way to begin with.

Remember, as I always say, "Healthy Skin Starts Within."

A healthy, happy life does too!

Our food fuels each of our cells & has an incredible impact on our wellbeing.

It's vital to pay attention to what we are putting into our bodies, and while there are many opinions on the matter, these films are guaranteed to make you think about your choices & may inspire you to try something new.

While I don't necessarily agree with every idea expressed in these films, I do think that taking the time to entertain new ideas in regards to how we care for our bodies is vitally important. I've personally explored many of the ideas presented in these films, have found what works best for me, and adjust as needed over time.

I urge you to do the same.
