*COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE*
Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have been informed that USPS has suspended International shipping until further notice and Domestic deliveries are experiencing delays up to 1-3 days.
In an attempt to do our part in minimizing the spread of COVID-19 and in adherence with state mandated "stay at home" orders, all orders will be scheduled for pickup & delivery by USPS several times per week. Please contact support@breannathomas.com if you have any questions regarding delivery of your order.
Also, some of our laboratories, packaging, and label manufactures have not been able to stay open due to temporary business shut downs in the states they are located, or are experiencing delays in their ability to provide product to us as rapidly as usual. Some bottles may change temporarily and there may be temporary backorders on some items. If this is the case you will be notified within 48 business hours of placing your order.
Hopefully we all stay healthy and can get back to business as usual very soon, in the meantime, thank you so very much for your patience and support.

United States (lower 48)
We offer free shipping on orders over $200 and occasionally run specials for free shipping on orders of lesser value. Sign up for email updates to be notified of upcoming specials on products &/or shipping.
Orders under $200 are charged a flat rate of $7.50. Orders of in-stock items are typically shipped within 48 business hours once order is received (9a-5p M-F).
Orders are shipped by United States Postal Service which typically takes 1-3 business days to arrive once shipped.
If a product is on backorder, there may be a slight delay in shipment. You will be notified if this is the case and given the option of receiving your items once they are in stock, or a refund.
Arizona
If you live in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and would like to pick up your order at your next appointment with Breanna, please choose "in store pick-up" during checkout so you will not be charged shipping.
If you are not currently scheduled for an appointment with Breanna, please contact her at support@brennathomas.com to schedule a pick up time prior to placing your order.
Alaska & Hawaii
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are charged a flat shipping of $19.95 shipped by United States Postal Service Priority Mail which takes 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped, however, they make take longer if the product is backordered.
International
At this time we do not ship internationally. If you live outside of the United States & are interested in purchasing from our store, please email support@breannathomas.com so we may consider adding this service.
Additional Shipping Information
Healthy Skin AZ is not responsible for mail theft, it the customer’s job to make sure that it is safe for Healthy Skin AZ to ship by means of USPS to the address you provide without a signature and insurance.
You may request insurance or a signature confirmation, however these are not included in our free or flat rate shipping policy. Please call with any requests. Orders over $400 will use a signature confirmation, make sure that you use an address where a signature can be accepted. Healthy Skin AZ is not responsible for a shipment if you or an authorized person has signed “received” for it. If the shipment is returned to us, the second shipping attempt will be at the customer’s cost.
